(tcforecast) After several days of heavy rainfall and thunderstorm causing some people and property damages, the weather in the northern part of Vietnam are expecting to be rainy next few days!
The farmer and local administrator should be aware of heavy rain, especially associated with thunderstorm can strongly affect to the rice, houses, especially people life threatened by thunder and flood!
