LINFA is the third tropical cyclone active over Western North Pacific and it's the second times that Vietnam issued the Tropical Cyclone Warning.
Forecast from 12UTC 19 June 2009 for different warning centers - Good agreement
LINFA are moving northward and going to make landfall on south China.
